Terms and Conditions of Sale – Spilly S.à r.l.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”) govern all services provided by Spilly S.à r.l., including access to play areas, workshops, childcare services, birthday packages, corporate events, and any additional services offered on the premises or online. By purchasing, booking, or accessing services, the Client acknowledges and accepts these T&Cs.


1. PURPOSE

These T&Cs define the rights and obligations of Spilly S.à r.l. (“Spilly”) and the Client in connection with the provision of leisure, entertainment, and childcare services.


2. ACCESS TO PLAY AREAS – LETZ PLAY


2.1 General Provisions

Access to the play areas is strictly limited to children within the age ranges specified by Spilly. Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult, except when expressly placed under Spilly’s short-term childcare service. Socks are mandatory for all users.


2.2 Liability

Accompanying adults remain fully responsible for the safety and behaviour of children under their supervision. Spilly reserves the right to refuse entry or expel any individual whose behaviour jeopardizes safety or proper operation.


3. WORKSHOPS – LETZ CRAFT


3.1 Description

Workshops are creative or educational sessions supervised by Spilly staff.


3.2 Conditions

Registration is mandatory and must be completed online. Workshops may only be booked as an add-on to a valid LETZ PLAY ticket unless otherwise stated.


3.3 Health Conditions

Parents must declare any allergies or medical conditions. Spilly may refuse participation if adequate supervision cannot be ensured.


4. SHORT-TERM CHILDCARE SERVICE – LETZ CARE


4.1 Duration

The service is limited to 1 hour 30 minutes per child per day unless otherwise approved by Spilly.


4.2 Obligations of Parents

Parents must provide accurate identification and remain reachable throughout the childcare period.


4.3 Safety

Staff members are trained in first aid. Parents will be contacted immediately in case of an incident.


5. BIRTHDAY PARTIES – LETZ PARTY


5.1 Booking

Bookings must be completed online and are subject to full prepayment.


5.2 Use of Facilities

The assigned room is private for the duration specified in the selected package.


5.3 Specific Provisions

Allergies, intolerances, and specific requirements must be communicated in advance.


6. CORPORATE EVENTS & PRIVATISATION


6.1 Booking

A deposit is required at the time of booking.


6.2 Terms of Use

Capacity limits, schedules, and any external service providers must be approved by Spilly.


6.3 Cancellation

Cancellation rules are defined in the specific contract.


6.4 Liability

The Client is liable for any damages caused by participants.


7. PRICING AND PAYMENT


7.1 Pricing

Prices are expressed in euros and include VAT.


7.2 Payment

Online booking is strongly recommended due to limited on-site availability.


7.3 No Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Luxembourg legislation on dated leisure services, no right of withdrawal applies.


8. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY


8.1 Cancellation by the Client

– LETZ PLAY tickets are non-refundable.

– Workshops and childcare sessions may only be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

– Birthday bookings are non-refundable; rescheduling may be granted under conditions.


8.2 Cancellation by Spilly

Spilly may cancel services due to force majeure or operational issues and will propose an alternative date.


9. SAFETY RULES

Safety instructions provided in the Internal Regulations must be followed at all times. Non-compliance may result in expulsion without refund.


10. INSURANCE

Spilly holds civil liability insurance. Parents remain responsible for intentional or negligent damages caused by their child.


11. IMAGE RIGHTS

No child will be photographed or filmed without prior written parental consent.


12. DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)

Personal data is processed solely for service delivery and is not shared with unauthorized third parties. Clients may exercise their rights under GDPR.


13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These T&Cs are governed by Luxembourg law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent Luxembourg courts.
