Yes. To ensure a safe, fun, and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to follow a few simple rules:

• Children remain under the supervision and responsibility of their parents or accompanying adults throughout the entire session.
• Parents and children are kindly asked to return toys, props, and accessories to their proper place after use.
• Respectful and friendly behaviour is expected from everyone at all times.
• Children should play kindly with others, take extra care with younger children, and take turns when needed. 
• Running, pushing, rough play, or behaviour that may disturb or endanger others is not allowed.
• Food and drinks must remain in the seating areas.
• Our team may intervene if needed to ensure safety and the comfort of all guests.

No problem at all! We can offer you a voucher so you have time to find another suitable moment to come and visit us at least 2 hours in advance.

If the capacity is not full we can add onsite an additional child. if the group is smaller, you need to send a request at contact@spilly.lu at least 2 hours in advance. A voucher will be sent to you per email.

If you stay longer than your reserved time, an additional charge will apply per extra half hour, calculated on a pro-rata basis according to your initial booking.

We have lockers for shoes and a cloakroom for coats. We recommend that our guests keep their bags with them.

Yes, we offer a self-service selection of snacks and drinks through a vending machine, as well as coffee, tea, and hot chocolate from our automatic coffee machine.
